Bees Announce Spring Training Schedule

(New Britain, Conn.) - New Britain Bees management today announced the Bees' 2016 spring training schedule. The Atlantic League club also announced that players will wear UHWK Show cameras during their game vs. the Brickhouse Indians/CTL Players.
Spring Training Schedule:
April 14: New Britain Bees vs. Brickhouse Indians/CTL Players (CT Twilight League) - 7 PM, New Britain Stadium
April 15: New Britain Bees vs. Milford Hunters (Senior City Baseball) - 7 PM, New Britain Stadium
April 17, Game 1: New Britain Bees at Bridgeport Bluefish - 12 PM, The Ballpark at Harbor Yard
April 17, Game 2: New Britain Bees vs. Bridgeport Bluefish - 6 PM, New Britain Stadium

The Bees will become the first professional baseball team to use the UHWK Show camera during a game when they host the Brickhouse Indians on April 14th. The helmet and cap mounted POV camera was designed by tech company UHWK, and will be worn by three players. The Show was the first camera released by the company and was created by former Ontario Hockey League players Shea Kewin and Tim Priamo, who were teammates at the University of New Brunswick in Canada.
"We're very excited to bring UHWK Show cameras to an Atlantic League game," said Bees Broadcaster Chris Knoblock. "UHWK's partnership with the Canadian Women's Hockey League's Brampton Thunder inspired us to reach out to add UHWK's unique technology to our slate of spring training games, and we're very much looking forward to distributing the footage following Thursday's game."
