BUFFALO, N.Y. - The Buffalo Beauts today announced the team has agreed to terms with defenseman Sarah Edney.
Edney (5'6", 9/2/1993) made her NWHL debut for the Beauts last season and recorded six points (3+3) in 14 games. Among Beauts defensemen, her totals were good for first in goals and second in points. She also scored a goal and added an assist in two Isobel Cup Playoff contests and participated in the 2018 All-Star Weekend.

Among her many accolades at Harvard, Edney was named the ECAC's Best Defenseman after her senior season in 2014-15 and was named to the ECAC Hockey All-Rookie Team after the 2011-12 campaign.
