
Beauts Announce 2018 Training Camp, Exhibition Games

BUFFALO, N.Y. - The Buffalo Beauts today announced the team will open its training camp on Wednesday, Sept. 19, when players are scheduled to report for the first practice of the season.
In addition to practices during training camp, the team will host a Black and Blue Scrimmage on Saturday, Sept. 22 at 1 p.m. Following the intra-squad scrimmage, players will be available to sign autographs for fans at Harborcenter and The Healthy Scratch.
Training camp practices and the Black and Blue Scrimmage will take place at Harborcenter and will be free and open to the public. Select player and coach media availability will follow practices and the scrimmage.
All practice times are subject to change.
Schedule for first week of camp:
Wednesday, Sept. 19
Practice: 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Thursday, Sept. 20
Skill Skate: 2 to 3:30 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 21
Practice: 6:15 to 7:15 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 22
Scrimmage: 1 to 2:30 p.m.
The team also announced it has scheduled two exhibition contests for the 2018 campaign. During the preseason, the Beauts will take on the Connecticut Whale at Colgate University on Sunday, Sept. 23. Puck drop is scheduled for 6 p.m.
Buffalo will also travel to Cornell University on Sunday, Oct. 14 to take on the Big Red at 3 p.m.
