Outfielder Keith Reed, infielder Vic Gutierrez, catcher John Pachot, and pitchers Ed Almonte and JJ Trujillo are current Bears players who helped the club win the crown a year ago. Former Bears Matt Smith and Carlos Mirabal also took part in the ceremony.
