NEWARK, NJ - September 1, 2006 - The game between the Newark Bears and Lancaster Barnstormers set for Friday, September 1 at Clipper Magazine Stadium has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game will be played as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, September, 2 with first pitch of game one at 5:35pm. Joe Gannon (6-8) will take the hill in game one for the Bears, and Mike Cosgrove (0-3) will make his sixth start of the season in game two.
