Baltimore Pearls News Release

Baltimore, MD. The ABA Baltimore Pearls will host a Charity Basketball Game against division rival, the Alexandria Wind Jammers, on Saturday, September 23rd at Dunbar High School, 1400 Orleans Street in Baltimore, Maryland.

Also featured at halftime, there will be a Dunking Competition featuring Baltimore and DC's finest, a 1/2 Court Shot by a local church for cash and prizes and much more. Tickets are just $10 General Admission and $6 for children 12 and under.

"This is the first opportunity for our hometown fans to see all the new Baltimore Pearls," said owner Paster Matthew Bradby. "One thing the league better be aware of is that we are a much different team from last season."

Leading the charge of "Pearlmania" for Baltimore will be none other than Baltimore native and Florida State record holder, Todd Galloway, returning guards Cornelius McMurray and Michael Hadley, with big men Ernie Graham and Javes Wiggins.

A portion of all proceeds from the event will benefit The Bea Gaddy Foundation. An all- exclusive celebrity after-party will following from 9pm-2am at Huckas, 2324 Boston Street in Baltimore. Hopefully Baltimore will come out in record numbers. For more information, call 410 558 4550 or visit www.abalive.com.
