BayHawks Announce "Season of Giving" Campaign
December 3, 2014 - NBA G League (G League)
Erie BayHawks News Release
Erie, Pennsylvania, Wednesday, December 3, 2014 - The Erie BayHawks have announced their NBA Cares "Season of Giving" campaign that encourages fans to donate items to the Second Harvest Food Bank, Toys for Tots and Coats for Kids in exchange for one free main level ticket per item to any BayHawks home game in December. The program is sponsored by Penelec, a First Energy Company. By donating, fans will better the lives of those less fortunate to make the holiday season a little more enjoyable.
Food items must be non-perishable, non-refrigerated. Toys need to be new and unwrapped, and donated coats must be new or gently worn. Fans may donate any item at the BayHawks front office during normal office hours or at Erie Insurance Arena in the main lobby the night of any December home game.
The team plays a total of six home games throughout December with the first games being played this weekend as the BayHawks host the Sioux Falls Skyforce on Friday and the Grand Rapids Drive on Saturday. Game time each night is 7:00 PM. For more information on the "Season of Giving" campaign, visit their website at www.ErieBayHawks.com or call the office at 814-790-5600.
