ERIE - The National Basketball Association and the NBA Development League, the official minor league of the NBA, today announced the affiliation lineup for the 2009-10 season, including the Erie BayHawks affiliation with the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Toronto Raptors.
"We are excited about both our ongoing affiliation with Cleveland and continuing the great relationship we have with the Cavaliers organization and by the addition of the Toronto Raptors as an NBA Affiliate," said Matt Bresee, BayHawks president. "The Raptors have the distinction of being the NBA team that executed a Gatorade Call Up of a BayHawks' player, in guard Qunicy Douby during our first season."
