
Bay Sox Head to the Playoffs

NEW BEDFORD, MA (Wednesday, August 1, 2012) - The Bay Sox first playoff game will be on Friday, August 3rd, at 6:30 pm at Paul Walsh Field. It is the Best-of-Three series. Opponent will be the Laconia Muskrats. The second playoff game will be on the road and if a third playoff game in this first series is needed it will be played on Sunday, August 5th, at 6:30pm at Champions Field in Acushnet.
To win the NECBL championship the Bay Sox will need to win three consecutive best-of-three series so the playoffs could run until August 11th.
The Bay Sox are now 25-17 as they head into the post-season. The Sox are confident that they can and will advance well into the playoffs. What the Bay Sox need now is support from their fan base to help them get even more excited for the playoffs!
