Charleston Battery News Release
The Charleston Battery earned its first points of the season last weekend with a pair of ties. 1-1 vs Virginia Beach at Blackbaud Stadium & 0-0 in Atlanta.
The Toronto Lynx roster features Rick Titus; Tits spent the past two season with the Battery and was a member of the 2003 championship winning side.
Ted Chronopoulos and midfielder Lazo Alavanja both played last weekend. Both players joined the Club late due to their contracts with the Chicago Storm of the MISL.
Mom's Night. Friday night is Mom's night the first 300 Mom's through the turnstiles will receive a free stainless steel Charleston Battery travel mug plus there will be a special Mom's Shopping Village set up on the south concourse.
