Barracudas Flex Packs On Sale!

Hockey is an incredible sport to catch live, and hockey fans don't want to miss a minute of the action. However, at times committing for an entire season's worth of games can be impractical. Perhaps you can only go to the weekend games. Maybe, Tuesday nights are the only ones that work. The Barracudas' Flex Packs are the solution for almost any ticket-buying dilemma.

These booklets contain 10 ticket vouchers for the 2006-2007 season. They can be used in any combination, for any game of the season. Meaning, one person can go to ten games on a booklet, two people can go to five games, five people can go to two games, or a group of ten can go to one game. You simply present the voucher at the box office prior to the game, and you are given an assigned seat.

These incredibly versatile booklets are also perfect for small businesses that are looking for ways to treat clients or reward employees for a job well done. Since the voucher does not pin the recipient to any one game, it's almost guaranteed to be used!

So, be sure to consider the Flex Packs as one of your Barracudas ticketing options, and tell your friends! There's no easier way to join the fun!

News from around the hockey world

It's never over 'till the fat lady sings, however it appears that she's getting her lungs warmed up for the big performance in the Stanley Cup Finals. Monday night the Carolina Hurricanes, led by the goaltending of rookie Cam Ward and the playmaking of young superstar Eric Stall, defeated the Edmonton Oilers 2-1 in Edmonton's Rexall Place. The win gives the Hurricanes a strangle hold on the series, leading 3 games to 1.

The Oilers came out flying early, and cashed in on a beautiful play started and finished by former Boston Bruin wizard Sergei Samsonov. However, the Hurricanes quickly responded with a goal from sniper Cory Stillman, and built on the lead in the second period with a goal from veteran Mark Recchi.

The Hurricanes will have a chance to carry the Cup on home ice tonight, as they host game 5 in Raleigh's RBC Center. Game time is 8:00pm Eastern, and it can be found on NBC.
