
Barracudas Have Two Called Up, Sign Another Two

The Jacksonville Barracudas had two players called up to the United Hockey League's Flint Generals, defensemen Jim Quilty and Damir Brujic.
Quilty played 9 games with the Barracudas, logging a goal and three assists, while Brujic played in 14 games and picked up two assists.
The Barracudas have also signed two players. They have added veteran forward Jeff Antonovich and goaltender Matt Meacham. Antonovich is in his eleventh professional season, and played 18 games for the Fayetteville FireAntz earlier this season, scoring four goals and six assists. The 5-foot-10, 180-pounder also played for the Youngstown Steelhounds of the Central Hockey League earlier this season.
Meacham is in his first professional season after an NCAA Division 3 career.
The Barracudas are in action at home this Friday and Saturday nights, against the Knoxville Ice Bears and the Florida Seals respectively. All games are played at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena, and start at 7:05pm.
