Oklahoma City - The Oklahoma City Barons, American Hockey League affiliate of the Edmonton Oilers, today announced three parking options exclusively for Barons Season Seat Holders for the 10-11 season.

The first option is available for $240 and gives the season seat holder a spot under the Cox Convention Center for 34 of the 40 games during the 10-11 season. The six nights the Barons and Thunder play on the same night, Barons Season Seat Holders who purchase option #1 will be guaranteed a spot in the Santa Fe garage located two blocks north of the Cox Convention Center.

The second option is available for $200 and guarantees Barons Season Seat Holders a spot at the Santa Fe garage for all 40 Barons home games during the 10-11 season.

Access from the Santa Fe garage to the Cox Convention Center is a short walk in a weather-protected skybridge that leads fans from the garage, through the Renaissance Hotel into the northeast lobby of the Cox Convention Center.

The third option is available for $204 and assures Barons season seat holders a parking spot for 34 games in the garage adjacent to the Courtyard by Marriott - Downtown Oklahoma City. Due to the Courtyard by Marriott - Downtown Oklahoma City's contract with the Thunder, parking on the six nights the Barons and Thunder play on the same night is available for $20 on a first come, first served basis.

"This is an added benefit for our season seat holders," said Prodigal LLC owner Bob Funk Jr. "One of the most often asked questions concerns parking downtown, specifically parking close to the arena. With the renovations to the streets as part of the city's Project180, the ability to guarantee a parking spot for all of our games is a great opportunity for our most loyal fans."

Barons season seat holders may take advantage of these offers beginning Tuesday by contacting the Barons office at 232-GOAL (4625).

In operation since 1936, the AHL continues to serve as the top development league for the players, coaches, managers, executives and broadcasters of all 30 National Hockey League teams. More than 85 percent of today's NHL players are American Hockey League graduates, and for the ninth year in a row, more than 6 million fans attended AHL games across North America.
