
Bandits To Hold Blood Drive This Saturday

BUFFALO, N.Y. (December 9, 2009) --- The Buffalo Bandits, in conjunction with Upstate New York Transplant Services, today announced the team will hold a Blood Drive from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at HSBC Arena on Saturday, December 12. Fans are encouraged to stop by the East Wing of the 100 Level Concourse to donate.
Doors will open at 10 a.m. for Bandits Open Practice on Saturday, with the team taking the field around 11 a.m. Practice will run to 1 p.m., and will include two performances by the Bandettes. Following practice, the Bandits will take part in a team autograph session. Additional open practice events include the Select-A-Seat season ticket program and a Chinese/Silent auction presented by the Buffalo Bandits Brigade.
Admission is free, along with free parking in the HSBC Arena ramp. The Sabres Store will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Fans can pick up new 2010 Bandits merchandise along with clearance items from last season. Concession stands will be open throughout the day inside the arena.
