
Bandits Acquire Draft Selections In 2010 And 2012

BUFFALO, N.Y. (February 6, 2009) --- Buffalo Bandits Director of Lacrosse Operations Scott Loffler today announced the team has acquired two second-round draft picks in the 2010 and 2012 NLL Entry Draft from the Rochester Knighthawks in exchange for defenseman Chris Driscoll (pending league approval).
Buffalo will receive Rochester's lowest second-round selection in 2010, while gaining the Knighthawks highest overall second-round choice in 2012.
The Buffalo Bandits also announced that defenseman Clay Hill and goaltender Michael Thompson have been promoted from the practice squad to the active roster. Former Bandits forward Cody Jacobs has been signed to the practice squad; in addition goaltender Angus Goodleaf has been reassigned to the practice squad.
