
Bandits acquire Crosbie from Arizona

BUFFALO, NY (March 14, 2006) - The Buffalo Bandits today announced they have re-acquired forward Jason Crosbie from the Arizona Sting in exchange for Buffalo's fourth round pick in the 2007 NLL Entry Draft and forward Lindsay Plunkett.
Now in his sixth season in the NLL, Crosbie appeared in 46 games with the Bandits from 2003-05, scoring 148 points (64+84). In nine games for the Sting this season, Crosbie has registered 41 points (12+29).
"We're really glad to have Jason Crosbie back," said Bandits head coach Darris Kilgour. "He's a great leader on and off the floor."
Following the end of the 2005 season, Crosbie was sent to Arizona along with Buffalo's first round selection (5th overall) in the 2005 Entry Draft, and their first round selection in the 2005 Dispersal Draft to the Arizona Sting in exchange for forwards Troy Bonterre, Lindsay Plunkett, and the first round selection (10th overall) in the 2005 Entry Draft on July 14, 2005.
Plunkett appeared in seven games for the Bandits in 2006, recording 18 points (9+9) and picking up 21 loose balls.
