Since its inception in 1987, the AFL has afforded the fast-paced and exciting game of Arena Football to millions of fans in a myriad of markets across the country. The NFL Network broadcasts an AFL National Game of the Week for the entire regular and post season, culminating with the ArenaBowl Championship Game to be held on August 10th, 2012 at The New Orleans Arena in New Orleans, LA.
Each year, the Arena Football League hosts a week-long celebration leading up to ArenaBowl, including a golf tournament at a local course, giving players, executives, fans, and members of the media an opportunity to meet, mingle, and compete in a friendly round of golf. This year, AFL Executives have chosen Stonebridge Golf Club of New Orleans as the host site for the tournament.
