Lafayette Aviators News Release
LAFAYETTE, IN - Franciscan Health Sports Medicine and the Lafayette Aviators are teaming up to present the 3rd Annual Lafayette Aviators Kids Clinic, to take place on Thursday, July 25th, at Loeb Stadium.
The Kids Clinic, designed for boys and girls 6-12 years old, is a great way for kids to interact with their favorite Aviators players and learn what it takes to make it to the next level. Before partaking in drills conducted by players and coaches, Aviators Athletic Trainer from Franciscan Health, Sarah McKenzie-Floyd M.Ed., LAT, ATC, will lead stretching and a discussion on the important role that taking care of your body plays in the life of an athlete.
The fun doesn't stop with the camp drills. After drills, attendees will be provided a meal, participate in an exclusive autograph session, hang out with the team during batting practice, and will be able to line up with the team during the National Anthem, all before the Aviators take on the DuPage Pistol Shrimp at 7:05pm.
Read more and register for the clinic online at www.lafayettebaseball.com/Community/KidsClinic, by calling 765-464-6810, or by emailing tickets@lafayettebaseball.com. The registration fee of $50/camper includes all of the above, plus two tickets to the game and an exclusive camp t-shirt. Registration is limited, so act fast!
