LOS ANGELES - Even though it is the off-season, Avenger players, coaches and "A-Team" dancers regularly visit schools, hospitals and community events.
This week, "A-Team" dancers Becky and Lindsey spent Saturday, August 12 at Lynwood High School in the city of Lynwood. The "A-Team" dancers took the opportunity to pass along their dancing knowledge to over 30 participants from the ages of 9-14.
"I love helping these little kids out with their dancing skills," Becky said. "I also stressed the importance healthy eating habits and stretching."
The "A-Team" dancers began the day discussing nutrition and the benefits of stretching. The Avenger representatives took an hour to teach an entire dance routine and finished the day up with a question and answer session and signed autographs.
