Austin Spurs to Host 2018 Summer Basketball Camps

AUSTIN, Texas - Young athletes entering third through eighth grades are invited to work on their fundamental basketball skills in a fun environment during a pair of Austin Spurs Summer Basketball Camps, presented by Sea World, McDonald's, Schlotzsky's, and Froyoz. Registration for the camps, which begin June 11 and June 25, is available now at AustinSpurs.com.

Campers should wear athletic shoes and clothing, bring snacks, a water bottle, and a sack lunch. Each camper will receive an Austin Spurs Summer Basketball Camp t-shirt, five ticket vouchers to a 2018-19 Austin Spurs home game and a pizza party on the last day of camp. Both camps will include an appearance from Austin Spurs players or coaches. Appearance dates are TBD.

Austin Spurs Summer Basketball Camps are open to boys and girls entering third through eighth grades. Campers will work toward becoming better players by learning basketball fundamentals and practicing drills, while focusing on positive values and fun.
