Austin, TEXAS - In a joint adventure with Howler Brothers, Austin FC has dropped the second edition of its ongoing collaboration with the iconic Austin lifestyle brand. The "2022 Verde Collection", features board shorts, hats, and a selection of shirt options for purchase at Austin FC's Verde Store locations and Howler Brothers locations.
Howler Brothers honors the soul, passion, and timeless style of sports such as surfing and fly fishing, updating historic garment styles with modern influences from waves, water, geography, fashion, and art. Every garment and accessory is crafted with functionality and attention to detail at the forefront.
Howler founders Chase Heard and Andy Stepanian spent their adolescent summers haunting the waters and fish of Florida and Virginia and riding the ripples those states call waves. They moved to Austin, where they were inspired to create the Howler Brothers brand.

The new collection comes just two days before Austin FC returns to Q2 Stadium to represent Austin in a nationally televised, highly anticipated match against league-leaders Los Angeles Football Club. Led by MVP candidate Sebastián Driussi, Austin FC defeated LAFC 2-1 at Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles this past May and heads into the match second in the Western Conference. The Verde and Black also lay claim to the league's longest active sell-out streak.
Due to high demand, fans are encouraged to arrive early at Q2 Stadium where kick-off is scheduled for 7:00pm (CT). The match will be broadcast live on ESPN and ESPN Deportes.
