About the International Basketball League:

The International Basketball League is a second year professional basketball league with two rules that reduce dead time: 1) the IBL allows only one timeout per quarter and 2) the IBL speeds up time between plays with an 'immediate inbounds'. The intended result is an athletic game where players can stay in a flow. The IBL scoring average finished at 126.9 pts/game. Please visit the IBL at www.IBLhoopsonline.com for more information.
