Aurora Cavalry Avenge Loss to Oakland

Aurora, CO- The Aurora Cavalry bounced back from their only loss of the season with a 140-131 victory over the Oakland Slammers at Gateway High School.
The Cavalry used a balanced attack with seven players scoring in double figures to wear down Oakland.
Phillip Hillstock led the Cavalry charge with a double double of 31 points and 18 rebounds. Also contributing were Johnny Reece with 19 points, Jamar Bohanon with 14 points, and Leslie Richardson and DJ Stelly each with 13 points.
The Cavalry's next test comes against cross-town rival the Colorado Crossover. The Cavalry visit the Crossover on Friday April 28th at 7pm. The Cavalry will then play at home against the Crossover at Gateway High School on Saturday April 29th at 7pm.
