Ottawa Renegades News Release
OTTAWA â Ottawa Renegades wide receiver Aubrey Cummings will make a guest appearance on TSN's Off The Record on Wednesday, March 23.
The CFL veteran came out of retirement last year to join the Renegades for his eighth pro year. Over the duration of his career, Cummings has hauled in 176 receptions for 2,203 yards and has been a member of the Renegades since the team's inaugural 2002 season. Drafted by the Stamps in 1998, the Hamilton native went on to win two Grey Cups with the Calgary, before moving on to the nation's capital.
Off the field, Cummings has been a major presence in the community. He has previously been awarded the United Way of Ottawa Builder Award for his charitable efforts through various initiatives, including the "Aubrey's All Stars" program in which Cummings and the team donate tickets to 20 patients from the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario and their parents for each Renegades home game.
Cummings is also an OTR veteran, having been on the TSN program two times before. He was also a guest this past year on Rogers Television's Renegades Vibe.
The program, hosted by Michael Landsberg, can be seen on TSN at 6 p.m. (Eastern Time). The show will be replayed on Thursday, March 24 at Noon (Eastern Time).
Among the guests scheduled to appear as guests on the show with Cummings are actor Erin Finn and Toronto DJ Dean Blundell.
