ST. GEORGE, Utah -- Long Beach looks to continue its recent success over St. George in a three game series in Utah. The Armada took two out of three from the Roadrunners at Blair Field this week and will try to keep the team's slim playoff hopes alive with another strong showing against St. George at Bruce Hurst Field this weekend. Long Beach is currently 4.5 games back of first place Tucson in the GBL's South Division. With 10 games left in the 2009 season, the Armada has little for error the rest of the year. Long Beach is 4-5 against the RoadRunners this season, dropping two of three games this season in St. George.
