Armada FC Encourages Fans to Help Send Deserving Military Families to Saturday Night's Match

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (May 7, 2015) - This Saturday night at Community First Park at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville, the Jacksonville Armada FC will salute the U.S. Armed Forces with Military Appreciation Night.

In addition to honoring the military with a multitude of events throughout the evening, more than 1,000 servicemen and women and their families have been invited to the match against Indy Eleven, which kicks off at 7:30 p.m. The Armada FC have also produced a limited edition Armada FC/Military Appreciation scarf that will be on sale, with proceeds being donated to military charities. Each member of the military attending the match will receive the souvenir scarf.

Fans not able to attend the match are encouraged to purchase a discounted ticket, which would allow the Armada FC to donate it to the USO and give a deserving military family a chance to attend the game.
