Dallas Wings News Release
Arlington, Texas - Dallas Wings guard Arike Ogunbowale has been named to the 2022 WNBA All-Star roster, the league announced today.
Ogunbowale was the 2021 WNBA All-Star MVP and is currently averaging 19.5 points per game, which ranks third in the league, and her 37-point performance against the Phoenix Mercury is the highest single-game scoring output this season. In addition to her scoring, Ogunbowale leads the Wings with 71 assists and 23 steals. This season, Ogunbowale eclipsed 2,000 career points and did so in 102 games, which ranks as the fifth-fastest player to accomplish that feat in WNBA history.
