Rockford, Ill.- The Rockford IceHogs are celebrating the success of the 2010 Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks with a specially discounted season ticket deal.

The "Niemi Saves" Pack is a full-season package for the Rockford IceHogs' 2010-11 campaign, their fourth as the primary developmental affiliate of the Blackhawks. Buy one mezzanine endzone season ticket at full price and get an additional seat for just $31 by calling (815) 847-6399 before June 22.

The offer is valid only for new season ticket holders and is not available when combined with any other offer.

Former IceHogs goaltender Antti Niemi, who wore No. 31 with Rockford and also wears it with Chicago, became the first Finnish goalie to win the Stanley Cup on Wednesday with the Blackhawks.

Niemi spent the majority of the 2008-09 season with the IceHogs, finishing with a 18-14-3 record in 38 games. He earned a spot with the Blackhawks in training camp this season en route to a 26-7-4 record in the regular season and a 16-6 record in the playoffs.

Ten former IceHogs played for Chicago in the Stanley Cup Finals as they beat the Philadelphia Flyers in six games.
