Robert Anderson kept the Bristol Blues (14-10) off the board during his seven innings of work and the Pittsfield Suns (12-9) beat the Bristol Blues, 3-0.
Anderson allowed three hits, four walks and struck out five.
It was a good day at the plate for the Pittsfield Suns' Matt Morales. Morales went 3-4 and scored one run. He singled in the third, fifth, and eighth innings.
Troy Terzi ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just six innings, walked one, struck out four, and allowed one run.
