Americans Host First-Ever Summer Hockey Camp

ALLEN, Texas - The Allen Americans are hosting their first-ever summer hockey camp July 12-16 for children age six through 12 at the Allen Event Center Community Ice Rink.
Campers will receive 6.25 hours of on-ice training over five days from Americans coaches and players. Head Coach and General Manager Dwight Mullins, along with Associate Coach and Director of Player Personnel Bill McDonald, will run the camp. Defenseman Erik Adams, forward Nino Musitelli and forward Colton Yellow will also help with instruction.
All participants will also receive a free Allen Americans camp jersey and a behind-the-scenes tour of Allen's locker room. The cost of the camp is $249.
To be eligible to participate, each player must be between the ages of six and 12 prior to the first day of camp. Players must also have a complete set of hockey equipment.
Parents can fill out the registration form found at www.allenamericans.com. Early registration forms will be accepted no later than July 7. After July 7, participants must register at the door.

The Americans, the Dallas Stars' CHL affiliate, began play last fall in the newly built Allen Event Center in The Village at Allen.
