Fargo-Moorhead 9, New Jersey 6
Fargo-Moorhead went out to a 5-0 lead after two innings and would go on to defeat New Jersey 9-6 in an interleague contest. RedHawks LF Joe Dunigan was a monster offensively going a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate with two home runs, two runs scored and five RBI. Fargo-Moorhead C Joe Staley and 2B Ryan Pineda each chipped in with a hit and combined to score five runs. RedHawks starter Ty Kelley tossed six innings and collected the victory. Kelley gave up three earned runs on eight hits and fanned two batters. For the Jackals in defeat, 3B Mark Threlkeld went 3-for-5 with a home run, two runs scored and two RBI.
