
Amarillo Bulls in the Community Thiis Weekend

AMARILLO, TX - An off-weekend for the Amarillo Bulls on the ice has allowed the players and staff to give back to the community with a number of appearances over the next several days.
The appearances began on Thursday afternoon as Bulls Assistant Coach Austin Sutter and several players played hockey with children at Tradewind Elementary School. The Bulls will be back at that same school tomorrow (Friday) afternoon reading to Grade 2 students.
Saturday's list of activities includes the Snack-Pack-For Kids Garden Party from 10 am to 1 pm on 3rd street in Amarillo. Bull players will be hanging out with people as well as helping to plant the garden. Later that day it's the annual Make-A-Wish Car Show where the Bulls will have a booth on both Saturday and Sunday. Fans can drop by and meet the players as well as fill out a ballot to win terrific prizes, including Season Tickets to the 2016-17 campaign.
On Saturday night, the Bulls players will visit with Season Ticket holders during the annual Skating Party at the Amarillo Civic Center from 6 pm to 8 pm.
The Amarillo Bulls return to action on Friday, Mar. 11 and Saturday, Mar. 12 versus the Topeka RoadRunners at 7 pm at the Budweiser Bull Pen in the Amarillo Civic Center. Friday is presented by Community Options and 806 Sports. It's Family Fun Night with Four Tickets, Four Hotdogs and Four Sodas for $44 and Bring A Bud Pack of two tickets, two hotdogs and two sodas for $22. Saturday is presented by Khiva Shriners with a Spring Break Special of $10 Red and Silver Section tickets. The Bulls are wearing specialty jerseys that weekend in support of the Shriners. A live auction takes place immediately after the game on Saturday with proceeds to benefit the great organization.
