
Amarillo Bulls Forward Joe Kozlak Named to All Robertson Cup Team

FRISCO, TX - The Amarillo Bulls concluded the 2012 Robertson Cup National Championship Tournament by receiving one final award.
Bulls forward Joe Kozlak was announced to the All-Robertson Cup Team, the North American Hockey League announced on Wednesday.
Kozlak, who is committed to play at Army, concluded the tournament with two goals and three assists for five points in four games. He was a plus three and had 11 shots on goal.
Two of Kozlak's goals came in the 6-2 win over the Bismarck Bobcats in the final round robin game this past Saturday. One of Kozlak's markers was shorthanded that gave Amarillo a 2-0 lead early in the second period. The victory propelled the Bulls to the National Semi-Final game.
Kozlak's three assists came in single fashion against the three other teams, St. Louis Bandits, Fairbanks Ice Dogs and the Texas Tornado.
During the regular season, Kozlak fired 26 goals and added 22 assists for 48 points. He was plus 25 and had 137 penalty minutes. The Duluth, Minnesota native had 10 power play goals and 198 shots.
For the second consecutive year, the Bulls advanced to the National Semi-Final game where they were beaten 3-2 in a tight game by the St. Louis Bandits.
