
Alpena Adds Forward Ross

Alpena MI: Alpena IceDiggers General Manager/Head Coach Kenny Miller announced today the team has acquired forward Bryan Ross from the St. Louis Bandits. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Ross is a native of Livonia MI and has spent the first 9 games with the defending champs. In 9 games the 5'10 180 lbs. winger scored 3 goals while assisting on 5 others for a total of 8 points. Ross split for 06-07 season with the Alberni Valley Bulldogs and the Penticton Vees in the BCHL.
"Brian is the type of player we feel can step in and add scoring to our line up." said Miller. "We are expecting good things from him, we are very happy to have him on board."
Ross will join the team this weekend as they take on the Mahoning Valley Phantoms. Tickets for all IceDigger games can be purchased inside the IceDiggers office.
