Alley Cats announce strength and conditioning partner

Anderson, IN. The ABA Indiana Alley Cats announced that they have partnered with P.A.S.S. Performance Training to serve as their official strength and conditioning partners. The Indiana Alley Cats begin their inaugural season with a home date against division foe Lake Erie Rockers on Sunday, November 6th at 5pm in the O.C. Lewis Gymnasium on the Anderson University campus.

Team President Rob Blackwell, an experienced strength coach himself, believes the partnership will be extremely beneficial to the Alley Cats team. When asked about the facility and staff at P.A.S.S. Performance, Blackwell also added, "The approach used by the staff at P.A.S.S. is completely in line with what athletes at this level need."

P.A.S.S. Performance Trainikng is a 9000 sq. ft state-of-the-art training facility on the NE side of Indianapolis that specializes in improving Power, Agility, Speed and Strength in athletes of all ages. P.A.S.S. Performance co-owner, Jaime Bowling says, "Partnering with the Alley Cats is a win-win for both organizations. To be successful at any level, and especially the pro-level, players have to train at an intense level in the areas of strength and conditioning. Our first-class facility and training programs is a perfect match for the Alley Cats team. Success on the court is only improved when hard-work and dedication is placed on training." Jaime also added, "See the intensity with which pro-level athletes train will be extremely beneficial for our younger P.A.S.S. athletes to see and aid them in their development."

Head Coach Greg Graham, a former standout player at Indiana University, knows the vital role strength and conditioning plays in success on the court. "Athletes at any age benefit tremendously from performance training and to excelk, especially on this level, performance training is a requirement," said Greg.

"P.A.S.S. and the Alley Cats organization both share many common values - hard work, passion and integrity - not just in sport, but in life. By sharing these values, we feel that this partnership is just the beginning of many good things to come for both organizations.
