All-Stars Top Sundogs, 6-4, in 2012 CHL All-Star Game

PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ - Kevin Petovello for the Arizona Sundogs and Matt Robinson for the CHL All-Stars both scored a pair of goals to highlight the night as the All-Stars won the 2012 CHL All-Star Game by a 6-4 final on Wednesday night at Tim's Toyota Center.

Brandon Marino led all skaters with four points in the game, recording a goal and three assists for the All-Stars.

Jesse Perrin and Samson Mahbod also scored for Arizona in the contest. The All-Stars picked up goals from Bruce Graham, Brett Smith, and Jeff Terminesi also in the win.

The Sundogs tied a CHL record with 75 shots in the game.

Scott Reid went 24 of 27 and Mike Spillane went 21 of 23 in net for Arizona. Nick Boucher 36 of 39 and Mark Guggenberger went 35 of 36 in goal for the All-Stars.

Kevin Petovello was named MVP for the Sundogs. Marino picked MVP honors for the All-Stars

The Arizona Sundogs resume play for the second half of the season on Friday when they host the Laredo Bucks. Game time is 7:05 PM
