
Albany Patroons To Return For The 2008-09 Season

Albany, NY (September 10, 2008) - The Albany Patroons today announced that they will be returning for the 2008-09 CBA season. The recent ticket drive has enabled the Patroons to reach their goals regarding ticket sales and sponsorship for the upcoming season.
"The outpouring of support for the Patroons has guaranteed that they will return to Albany and the Armory for this season," said Jim Coyne. "The fans and sponsors have shown us that they want the Patroons here in Albany and are willing to do what it takes to keep them here. While we still have a long way to go, we are confident that with the continued support that we are receiving that this season could be one of the best ever for the Patroons."
"We will be making an announcement in the coming weeks regarding our new coach and the release of the schedule from the CBA. I look forward to working with all of our many sponsors and season ticket holders to insure that they have a great time at the Armory watching Patroons basketball."
