Albany Devils Home Opener Set for October 15

ALBANY, NY - The Albany Devils announced today that the team's Home Opener for the 2016-17 regular season will be played on Saturday, Oct. 15 at Times Union Center.
The Home Opener is part of a week-long celebration marking the beginning of the Devils' 11th season in franchise history and seventh in the Capital Region. Leading up to the contest, the team will host a variety of festivities, including a Fan Fest in front of Times Union Center hours before puck drop.
Starting today, fans have the chance to win several great prizes on thealbanydevils.com, including a Seth Helgeson game-worn autographed jersey, a Sergei Brylin signed helmet and tickets to Albany and New Jersey's Home Openers. One fan will win the grand prize, which includes tickets to the Home Opener, in-game experiences and a special meet and greet with an Albany Devils' player.
