Albany, N.Y., March 21, 2004 – The Albany Conquest of arenafootball2 will place single game tickets to 2004 home games, including to their home opener on April 16 against the Manchester Wolves featuring the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, on sale Monday, March 22 at the Pepsi Arena Box Office.

Single game tickets to Albany Conquest home games, which start at $8.00, can be purchased at the Pepsi Arena Box Office or over the phone by calling TicketMaster charge-by-phone at (518) 476-1000 and on-line at www.ticketmaster.com.

Albany Conquest season tickets, which start at $63.00 and include all eight home games and first home playoff game, remain on sale and are available by calling the Albany Conquest at (518) 487-2222. For more information visit www.albanyconquest.com.

In addition to Albany's home opener against Manchester on April 16 beginning at 7:30 p.m., the Conquest will host Louisville Fire on April 24 (7:00 p.m. kick-off), Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Pioneers on May 8 (7:00 p.m.) and June 18 (7:30 p.m.), Macon Knights on May 22 (7:00 p.m.), Cape Fear Wildcats on June 6 (2:00 p.m.), Green Bay Blizzard on June 25 (7:30 p.m.), and Manchester again on July 23 (7:30 p.m.). All games will feature a pre-game block party on South Pearl Street in front of the Pepsi Arena.

The Rembrandts will perform a "Farewell to NBC's Friends" concert on April 24 as part of the Albany Conquest home game at the Pepsi Arena against the Louisville Fire. Blue Oyster Cult will entertain on June 18, also as part of the Conquest home game against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Pioneers. Both bands will perform inside the Pepsi Arena at halftime and again immediately following the games.

The Conquest, who earned back-to-back Northeast Division Championships in 2002 and 2003, has a 27-8 record in two arenafootball2 seasons. The Conquest, who has reached post-season play in each of their first two seasons, will host three teams that competed in last year's ArenaCup Playoffs, including Macon, who defeated the Conquest, 59-47, in a second round playoff game at the Pepsi Arena last year. Cape Fear made the playoffs last year by winning the af2's Atlantic Division, while Manchester reached the playoffs as a wild card from the Northeast Division.
