Alaska Professional Sports, Inc. and the Alaska Wild are proud to give back to various groups in the community. We love to do whatever we can to help those in need. Professional indoor football that the Wild plays is only one piece of the pie. The bigger piece is the community of the Anchorage and the Mat-Su valley. What a night we had last night. I ended up taking two pairs of brothers, one pair lost their Dad to a homicide and the other lost their brother in a homicide. They had a great time, enjoyed seeing the Wild win, ice cream and nachos, and got autographs from your players and cheerleaders. Please let your folks know how much this night meant to them. Creating light in a young person's life is something we can do with small gestures. You and your organization did that last night. Please let me know if I can ever be of service to you or your organization.

The Alaska Wild is part of the Intense Football League (IFL). Founded in 2003, the IFL consists of a record nine professional indoor football teams, three of which are located outside of Texas: the Louisiana Swashbucklers of Lake Charles, the Alaska Wild of Anchorage, Alaska and the Fairbanks Grizzlies of Fairbanks, Alaska. Texas teams include the CenTex Barracudas of Belton, Corpus Christi Hammerheads, Odessa Roughnecks, San Angelo Stampede Express, Katy Ruff Riders, and Frisco Thunder.
