
AHL announces suspension

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... The American Hockey League today announced that Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins left wing Tim Wallace has been suspended for one (1) game as a result of his actions during an AHL playoff game vs. Bridgeport at Uniondale, N.Y., on Apr. 18.
Wallace was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 29.1 (supplementary discipline).
Wallace will miss Game 3 of the East Division semifinal between Wilkes-Barre/Scranton and Bridgeport today (Apr. 19).
