AG Records Bonus Point Victory, Secures Home Playoff Match

AG Rugby earned a much-needed win Saturday night, defeating the San Diego Legion 44-28. The AGs earned a bonus point in the win and remain in second place in the Western Conference, just one point behind rival LA Giltinis.
The match saw the AG's attack return to the high-flying ways we saw for the majority of the season. Locky McCaffrey earned man of the match with an impressive performance from the blindside flank. McCaffrey had several key offloads to set up tries for the AGs.
The AGs head to Houston to take on state-rival Sabercats this Friday on a short week. The AGs will look to retain the Texas Cup and record another bonus point win in the hopes that LA falters against Seattle. If AG is able to pass LA in the western conference standings, the AGs will earn a first-round bye and host the Western Conference Final in Austin.
If LA beats Seattle, AG will host the Sabercats on Sunday, June 12th at Bold Stadium.
