The ARIZONA RATTLERS clinched a playoff berth in Week 17 and hold the #1 spot in the West Division based on total number of wins (12) and in the National Conference due to holding a head-to-head tiebreaker over the SAN ANTONIO TALONS.
The SAN ANTONIO TALONS clinched a playoff berth in Week 17, but hold the #2 spot in the National Conference due to the ARIZONA RATTLERS currently holding the head-to-head tiebreaker.
The #3 seed in the National Conference belongs to the UTAH BLAZE based on having fewer losses than the SAN JOSE SABERCATS (5 compared to 6).
The SAN JOSE SABERCATS moved into the #4 seed in the National Conference, edging the CHICAGO RUSH based on total number of wins (10 compared to 9).
The PHILADELPHIA SOUL clinched a playoff berth, the East Division championship and home field advantage throughout the playoffs in Week 15.
The NEW ORLEANS VOODOO now hold the #2 seed in the American Conference and lead the South Division based on having the fewest number of losses (7).
The GEORGIA FORCE hold the #3 seed in the American Conference ahead of the JACKSONVILLE SHARKS based on possessing a head-to-head tiebreaker over the Sharks.
The JACKSONVILLE SHARKS hold the #4 seed in the American Conference based on possessing a head-to-head tiebreaker over the CLEVELAND GLADIATORS.
CLINCHING SCENARIOS
IF the ARIZONA RATTLERS defeat the UTAH BLAZE in Week 18, they will clinch the West Division and one of the top two seeds in the National Conference.
IF the SAN ANTONIO TALONS defeat the CHICAGO RUSH in Week 18, they will clinch the Central Division and one of the top two seeds in the National Conference.
SEEDING SCENARIOS
IF the CLEVELAND GLADIATORS defeat the ORLANDO PREDATORS and the MILWAUKEE MUSTANGS defeat the JACKSONVILLE SHARKS in Week 18, the Gladiators would move into the #4 spot of the American Conference playoff picture.
IF the MILWAUKEE MUSTANGS lose in Week 18, they will be eliminated from playoff contention.
IF the SAN JOSE SABERCATS defeat the NEW ORLEANS VOODOO and the ARIZONA RATTLERS defeat the UTAH BLAZE in Week 18, the SaberCats would move into the #3 seed, while the Blaze would drop to #4, based on San Jose holding a tiebreaker over Utah due to point differential in head-to-head competition.
IF the SAN ANTONIO TALONS defeat the CHICAGO RUSH and the UTAH BLAZE defeat the ARIZONA RATTLERS in Week 18, the Talons would become the #1 seed in the National Conference based on total number of wins.
IF the SPOKANE SHOCK lose in Week 18, they will be eliminated from playoff contention.
IF the TAMPA BAY STORM lose and the JACKSONVILLE SHARKS win in Week 18, the Storm will be eliminated from playoff contention.
TIEBREAKERS
The ARIZONA RATTLERS hold a tiebreaker over the CHICAGO RUSH based on wins in head-to-head competition.
The ARIZONA RATTLERS hold a tiebreaker over the SAN ANTONIO TALONS based on wins in head-to-head competition. If the Talons defeat the Rattlers by more than 34 points in Week 19, the Talons would take over possession of the tiebreaker.
The ARIZONA RATTLERS hold a tiebreaker over the SPOKANE SHOCK based on wins in head-to-head competition. If the Shock defeat the Rattlers by more than four points in Week 17, the Shock would take over possession of the tiebreaker.
The ARIZONA RATTLERS hold a tiebreaker over the UTAH BLAZE based on wins in head-to-head competition. If the Blaze defeat the Rattlers by more than 16 points in their rematch in Week 18, the Blaze would take over possession of the tiebreaker.
The CHICAGO RUSH hold a tiebreaker over the SPOKANE SHOCK based on wins in head-to-head competition.
The CLEVELAND GLADIATORS hold a tiebreaker over the MILWAUKEE MUSTANGS based on wins in head-to-head competition.
The GEORGIA FORCE hold a tiebreaker over the CLEVELAND GLADIATORS based on wins in head-to-head competition.
The GEORGIA FORCE hold a tiebreaker over the JACKSONVILLE SHARKS based on wins in head-to-head competition.
The GEORGIA FORCE hold a tiebreaker over the MILWAUKEE MUSTANGS based on wins in head-to-head competition.
The GEORGIA FORCE currently hold a tiebreaker over the TAMPA BAY STORM based on wins against common opponents.
The JACKSONVILLE SHARKS hold a tiebreaker over the CLEVELAND GLADIATORS based on wins in head-to-head competition.

The NEW ORLEANS VOODOO hold a tiebreaker over the TAMPA BAY STORM based on wins in head-to-head competition. If the Storm defeat the VooDoo by more than 19 points in Week 19, the Storm will take over possession of the tiebreaker.
The SAN ANTONIO TALONS hold a tiebreaker over the CHICAGO RUSH based on wins in head-to-head competition. If the Rush defeat the Talons by more than one point in their rematch in Week 18, the Rush would take over possession of the tiebreaker.
