LAREDO, Texas â The 2004 Arena Football League season on NBC television moves into its fourth week. The game available in the Laredo market on Pro8News KGNS features the Dallas Desperados at the Columbus Destroyers this Sunday at 2 p.m. The Laredo Law's 2004 arenafootball2 season begins April 3rd with the home opener set for April 23rd at the Laredo Entertainment Center. Dallas WR/LB JASON SHELLEY has already set career-highs this season for receptions (10), receiving yards (122) against Carolina and for receiving TDs (3) and total TDs (4) against Philadelphia... Shelley is tied for the AFL led in first downs (19), tied for No. 2 in scoring (48) and leads the AFL in third-down receptions (8)... In last week's loss to Philadelphia, Columbus WR/DB CORNELIUS WHITE led the team in receiving for the second week in a row recording eight catches for 141 yards and one touchdown... His 141 yards receiving were a career-high... Entering Week 4, White has recorded 22 catches (t-No. 3 in AFL) for 295 yards (No. 6 in AFL) and four touchdowns... Columbus DS JOJO POLK has at least 4.5 tackles in all three games this season... Dallas' early Rookie of the Year candidate OS BOBBY SIPPIO is averaging 4 receptions for 76 yards and nearly 2 TDs per game in 2004.
