"Last summer, we wanted to change our colors to reflect our ownership and affiliation with the Minnesota Wild and MSE," Aeros president Tom Garrity said. "We want to show clearly to our fans and our opponents that the Houston Aeros players are an essential part of one of the finest organizations in the NHL."

Also introduced tonight was the Houston Aeros Fan Club, which is free to all "Elite Fleet" full season ticketholders and available for $40 to fans who own 22-game, 13-game or voucher packs.
