"From a raw talent standpoint, he's as good as anybody I have seen," said Tampa Bay Storm assistant coach and former Indiana Firebirds head coach STEVE DE BERG. "He possesses unique skills for his age and if he is put in the right system – the sky is the limit for what he can achieve."

"He's a very good player – very quick and a hard guy to wrap up," said Nashville Kats' former Defensive Player and Lineman of the Year JAMES BARON. "He's got a strong arm and a quick release. That made him a good quarterback in the AFL and will make him a good one in the NFL, too."

"He made one of the most athletic plays I have ever witnessed a quarterback – or any player – make on any level," said 12-year NFL veteran and Georgia Force head coach DOUG PLANK. "He is one of the most naturally-gifted athletes that I have come in contact with while being associated with the game of football."
