Norfolk Admirals News Release
NORFOLK - The Norfolk Admirals announced today that a significant amount of additional parking spots will be made available for Admirals games this season at the Norfolk Radisson Hotel.
Parking spaces (based on availability) will be opened to Admirals fans for $5 per game. The Norfolk Radisson Hotel is located immediately across Brambleton Avenue from Norfolk Scope Arena. Fans who would like to take advantage of this opportunity are asked to enter the Brambleton Avenue parking entrance. A sign will be posted at that entrance.
"With all of the improvements the City of Norfolk is making Downtown, parking has become a major concern for our fans," said Admirals Vice President Joe Gregory. "With the help of the Norfolk Radisson Hotel, we are able to alleviate the issue while making Scope more accessible for everyone."
The Radisson's address is 700 Monticello Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23510. If you have any questions regarding these parking spaces, please call the Radisson at (757) 627-5555.
The Admirals will face off against the Portland Pirates, AHL affiliates of the Buffalo Sabres, tomorrow night and Saturday night at Scope. On Friday night, the Admirals will have trick-or-treating available for children on the concourse and will also hold a costume contest. On Saturday night, the first 2,500 fans through the gates will receive an Admirals pennant courtesy of Good Neighbor Pharmacy.
