Aces 'Going Green' Opening Night

St. Louis, MO (June 15, 2009) - - -The Aces open the 2009 season in St. Louis Thursday, July 2 against the Boston Lobsters and will "Go Green" as they encourage fans to bring in old tennis balls and cell phones to be recycled. Anyone who brings these items will receive an Aces Green Cup good for discounted drinks all season long! Tickets are $25 for adults and $15 for kids. Ticket holders ages 3-13 will receive a free tennis racquet and may participate in a kids tennis clinic prior to the match. Jan-Michael Gambill, who recently appeared on VH1's "Tough Love," will be playing for Boston. Still need a Father's Day gift? No worries! The Aces have a special Saturday 2-Pack created with dads in mind. Our 2-Pack includes one ticket to both Saturday, July 4th match starring Ashley Harkleroad and the Saturday, July 11th match starring Anna Kournikova. Ashley Harkleroad was featured in the August 2008 issue of Playboy (and the only women's tennis player ever to be on the cover). Anna Kournikova is one of the most well known female athletes in the world. Kournikova has graced the pages of both Maxim magazine and the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition. Send Dad to see St. Louis' sexiest sport for only $50. It's much better than a tie. All matches are played at Dwight Davis Tennis Center in Forest Park. Gates open at 5:30 P.M.
