
Aces Draft Lindsay Davenport for Multiple Matches this July

St. Louis, MO- This July, three time Grand Slam and Olympic gold medal winner Lindsay Davenport will play multiple matches for the St. Louis Aces, returning favorite Anna Kournikova will play one match on her home court at Dwight Davis Tennis Center. Seven time Grand Slam and Olympic gold medal winner Venus Williams will visit St. Louis with her 2009 World TeamTennis championship team, the Washington Kastles.
Davenport will play multiple home and away matches for the Aces and excited about the upcoming season, "I've always loved WTT's co-ed team concept, so I'm looking forward to playing World TeamTennis this summer for St. Louis. Aces' fans really get into the action and there's a great atmosphere at their matches. It's been a few years since I played for St. Louis but I'm excited to be back and be part of the Aces' team."Â
The Aces will kick off this star-studded season with an exhibition match starring John McEnroe and Jim Courier on Saturday April 24 at The Family Arena.
