ABA Names Two More All Stars
February 6, 2006 - American Basketball Association (ABA) News Release
Indianapolis, IN. The American Basketball Association (ABA) today named two more All-Stars for the upcoming ABA All-Star Game to be played this Saturday, February 11 at the BankAtlantic Center in Sunrise, Florida. "The teams are filling out - and looking very good - great talent," said Joe Newman, ABA CEO. "We really hope the fans will enjoy the game and this will give the league a great showcase for its premiere talent."
East: Shawn Fountain, a 6'1" guard from the Indiana Alley Cats. West: Will Burr, a 6'6" forward from the Los Angeles Aftershock
Newman added, "Tomorrow we'll round out the squads - and we'll look forward to their arrival in Florida. This will be a competitive game, not a circus. Both squads are really to go at it like the playoff final." For more information, visit www.abalive.com.
